Worked as Head of the Department of Business Administration in the Bahauddin Zakariya, University, Multan (Pakistan) from 1980 to 1984. Dr. Hayat M. Awan, is Professor of Operations Research. He holds master’s degree from the University of Karachi. He did MS and Ph.D. from the University of Toronto, Canada. His major areas of specialization are quantitative methods, Operations Research, operations/ production management and quality management. With varied teaching, research and administrative position, Prof. Dr. Hayat Awan has had a checkered career spanning three decades. He is one of the senior most professors of the university. He started his careener in 1974 as a lecture in the University of Karachi. His expertise in research and teaching ranges from holding research associate ship and visiting professorship in world renowned universities like University of Toronto, Canada and University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA, in the years 1979-82.He is member of a number of a number of learned and professional bodies. He has participated and presented his research in a number students completed Ph.D.in2001 and another two are working on their Ph.D. Project under his supervision.
He has held various administrative positions
at Bahauddin Zakariya University including Head of Statistics Department,
Chairman of Business Administration (1984-1994), Dean, faculty of Commerce,
Law & Business Administration (1992-1999) and Warden Hostels (1990-1994).On
top of all these responsibilities ; he is /remained also a member of several
decision-making bodies of Bahauddin Zakariya University such as Senate,
Chancellor Committee, Finance & Planning Committee, Academic Council,
Advanced Studies & Research Board etc.

Dr. Mujahid Ali is working with Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan for last 20 year. Before joining this university he worded with organizations of repute. He has been a Vesting Scholar at Strathelyde University Glasgow U.K. He was awarded PhD for completing his research work in area of export behavior of SMEs. Number of research publications in the journals of intonation repute is on his credit. His article (co-authored with Professor Stephen Young and M. Zafarullha tantalization of Small Firms, published in Journal of Global Business so a wade emoted academic research journals. His areas of research are enterpre3ncuship, SMEs. And role of entrepreneurial firms in international business.
